If you contacted WET SOLUTIONS LIMITED through our website, email, WhatsApp Business or another business messaging channel and want us to delete personal information associated with your enquiry, send a request to info@wet-solutions.com.

Please include

• your name;
• company name, if applicable;
• the email address and/or phone number used to contact WET;
• the communication channel used;
• a short description of the information you want deleted.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you or your business contact details before deleting records.

Records that may be retained

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, compliance or dispute-resolution purposes. Where deletion is not possible for such a reason, access and use will be limited to the relevant purpose.
