Traceability
Every carton bears plant code, lot number, slaughter date and Halal certificate reference.
Sourcing & origins
We work exclusively with plants holding the appropriate export listings (GACC for China, MOIAT / ESMA for the United Arab Emirates, SFDA for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, FSIS for the United States, EU listed establishments). All Halal volumes are slaughtered under the supervision of an accredited Islamic body (JAKIM, MUI, HFCE or equivalent) and segregated from non-Halal lines.
Primary volume hub for whole birds, leg quarters and paws. Plants in Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul with cold-chain to the ports of Itajaí, Paranaguá and Itapoá — the backbone of our frozen chicken supply to Asia and the GCC.
CFIA-inspected poultry plants in Quebec and Ontario supply Halal whole birds and HORECA cuts for GCC and Asian buyers. Export ex Port of Montreal with full Canadian veterinary health certificates.
Approved Halal poultry processors near Tema and Accra supply whole birds and cut-up portions for West Africa distribution and re-export via Hong Kong to Asian HORECA chains.
Source of HORECA-grade cuts (boneless breast, wings, drumsticks). Shorter intra-Asia transit and tight specification control suitable for branded distribution in Hong Kong and the GCC.
Selective supply of leg quarters and paws for Asian markets where US-origin volumes are eligible. Plants inspected by USDA FSIS; Halal lots certified by IFANCA / HMS.
EU-listed establishments (primarily PL, FR, NL) for premium cuts and standard whole birds for specific GCC and HK buyers requiring EU-origin documentation.

Cold-chain logistics
Frozen chicken is moved exclusively in 40' reefer containers (40' RH) at a set-point of −18 °C, with continuous temperature monitoring. Pre-shipment loading is supervised by an accredited third-party inspector (SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek). The full document set follows the goods to the destination port and is presented to the importer with the full commercial document set.
Plant nomination & PO
Approved plant is nominated; purchase order issued with specification, calibration and pack details.
Pre-shipment inspection
Independent surveyor verifies cartons, lot numbers, weights and seal integrity during stuffing.
Ocean reefer transit
Sailings via established carriers (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, COSCO) under standard line bills of lading.
Discharge & customs
Destination customs clearance against full sanitary & commercial document set, then release to importer's cold-store.
Trade paperwork
Standard export and trade documentation prepared and coordinated for each shipment.
Additional documents as required per shipment: bill of lading, certificate of origin, veterinary health certificate, Halal certificate and pre-shipment inspection report.
